2. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. For custom cakes, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the remaining balance due upon collection or delivery.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the collection/delivery date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of our bakery for an additional fee. We take utmost care in delivering our products, but cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we can accommodate various dietary requirements, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
